Job Purpose
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the Human Resources
To assist with the recruitment of internal staff function within a private care organisation. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, CQC requirements, safer recruitment practices, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
- Process DBS checks, references and right-to-work documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support compliance with CQC standards and mandatory training requirements.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes.
- Support payroll administration and reporting.
- Produce HR metrics and workforce reports.

- Previous HR administration experience.
