Frontier Consulting is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary allied health provider in Ballarat to recruit an experienced Speech Pathologist. This is ideal for UK, Irish, or internationally trained SLPs, especially those with experience supporting children with autism, paediatric clients, or adults in NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
  • Deliver therapy for children with autism and other developmental needs as well as adult clients
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised intervention plans
  • Support families and caregivers with practical strategies and education
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Contribute to quality initiatives and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
  • SPA registration (or eligible to obtain)
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • HCPC registration and RCSLT membership advantageous
  • Allied health or NDIS experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
  • International candidates welcome. Full SPA registration and relocation support provided.
