Frontier Consulting is partnering with leading allied health clinics in Ballarat, Victoria to recruit experienced Occupational Therapists. This opportunity is ideal for UK, Irish, or internationally trained OTs seeking career growth, relocation support, and the chance to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across NDIS and My Aged Care services.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based, client-focused treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy for motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities
- Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure NDIS compliance
About You
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (UK BSc/MSc OT or internationally recognised equivalent)
- Current HCPC registration
- Current or eligible AHPRA registration
- Experience in allied health, NDIS, or aged care preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of NDIS best practices highly desirable
- International candidates welcome. Full AHPRA registration and relocation support provided.
