Employment Type: Full-Time | 3-Year Contracts

About the Role

Frontier Consulting is actively recruiting for leading clinics across Ontario and British Columbia. These practices offer high-demand patient populations, modern facilities, and fully-supported environments, so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible or be in process of obtaining the relevant provincial registration:

  • Ontario: CPSO (College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario)
  • British Columbia: College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC

We are particularly looking for UK, Irish, Australian, New Zealand, and US-trained GPs. Supervision pathways are available for doctors not yet independently licensed.

Walkerville, Windsor, Ontario

  • Earnings: 80% GP / 20% surgery β†’ CAD $400–500K, up to $800K
  • Relocation Bonus: CAD $8,000
  • Community: Historic arts district, parks, close to Detroit
  • Relocation Bonus: CAD $8,000–11,000
  • Community: Vibrant city & suburbs, excellent schools

Mission, British Columbia

  • 6 exam rooms + treatment room, walk-in support
