About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Department Registrar to join a high-performing team at a regional hospital on the coast of Western Australia. This is an ideal opportunity to broaden your emergency medicine skills in a supportive, high-acuity setting with strong supervision and procedural exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely assessment and management of emergency presentations
- Perform ED procedures including airway management, trauma resuscitation, and POCUS (under supervision)
- Collaborate with consultants and inpatient teams
- Supervise junior doctors and students
- Contribute to clinical teaching and audits
- Maintain high standards of documentation and discharge planning
