We are looking for a Sustainability Compliance Lead to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hugh\’s, Lincoln on a permanent basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from home and 2 days on site.
You will co-ordinate and deliver most aspects of ESG and Sustainability compliance reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to our business and support delivery of Frontier Agriculture\’s sustainability strategy, The Responsible Choice, throughout the business.

About You
- Expert knowledge of ESG and sustainability related principles, frameworks and best practice is essential.
- Experience working as a sustainability advisor is essential.
- Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the business, as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to navigate between big-picture strategy and detail orientation as required.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Technically proficient with the ability to interpret and apply ESG legislative changes into the working environment.
- Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail.
- Adaptable to the demands of a growing, diverse business.
- Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a core team.
Your Role
- Supervising the production of internal and external ESG and sustainability related reporting to ensure that we meet all ESG and Sustainability compliance, policy & reporting requirements applicable to our business.
- Coordination & collation of all relevant data required to fulfil our ESG and Sustainability reporting requirements.
- Responsibility for maintaining insights into ESG and Sustainability related risks and opportunities feeding into the risk team for central risk reporting.
- Responsibility for scope 3 emissions calculations and reporting aligned to the business strategy.
- Provision of technical insights and support for both commercial and corporate sustainability activities as required by the business.
- Supporting the development and delivery of the goals of Frontier\’s ESG strategy, The Responsible Choice.
- Supervising the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of the ESG legal Register ensuring that we accurately capture the organisation\’s compliance and reporting needs.
- Support & advising as required on the existing and emerging ESG and Sustainability compliance landscape and that directly linked to Agriculture and the end-to-end supply.
- Supervising the relationship with our third-party sustainability consultants and advisors.
