We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Aylsham on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be carrying out day-to-day activities of the site; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

- Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontiers ICE values
- Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service
- Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontiers business
- Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times that where relevant all internal procedures are adhered to at all times
- The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
- Workshop/Mechanical skills (desirable but not essential)
- Loading shovel license (desirable but not essential)
- Tele-handler / FLT license (desirable but not essential)
- Training will be provided for the right candidate
Your Role
As a Site Operative your role will involve:
- Assisting Site Management with all aspects of Grain Storage Operations
- Assisting Site Management to comply with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including keeping records to ensure compliance
- Working to customer requirements regarding drying, cleaning and storage operations to produce desired levels of quality and service
- Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
- Ensuring the stores, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard
- Assisting within the grain testing lab/weighbridge
- Delivering crop protection products from our Norfolk sites
- Supporting the contract services potato fogging team
- Providing support at other Frontier Grain Storage sites
