Now we’re looking for an agency head - a General Manager to help lead that growth. Someone who can lead a team at the intersection of strategy, AI, behaviour and creativity.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of our business. You’ll run and scale a fast-growing healthcare team - owning strategy, operations, and client leadership, while shaping how we bring together research, AI, strategy and creative to deliver better outcomes. You will work directly with senior clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in how Frontera evolves as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the business
- Own day-to-day operations of a growing healthcare team, ensuring delivery is high quality, efficient, and commercially strong
- Drive strategic client work
- Work with pharma, biotech and diagnostic clients on positioning, segmentation, launch and engagement strategy
- Integrate research, AI and strategy
- Bring together qualitative and quantitative insight with AI-enabled analysis to identify what drives behaviour and action
- Embed AI into workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery across both internal teams and client programmes
- Translate strategy into compelling programmes alongside creative teams that drive real-world impact
- Act as a senior, trusted partner to clients – confident, clear, and commercially sharp
- Develop a high-performing, accountable team across strategy, research and delivery
- Identify and convert opportunities within existing and new clients, supporting the wider growth of Frontera
Who You Are
- 10+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting or agency environments
- Strong experience across pharma, biotech or diagnostics
- Deep understanding of research (qual + quant) and how to translate insight into strategy
- Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools and approaches to enhance analysis and decision-making
- Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial instinct – able to grow accounts and spot opportunities
- Experienced in working with creative teams and bringing strategy to life
- A natural operator – organised, accountable, and able to run a business unit
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
