Workplace Operations Manager / Facilities Manager London £55,000 to £65,000 DEO Workplace Operations Manager - Facilities Manager needed for a leading financial services firm in London , offering a highly analytical role focused on reporting, statistics, operational performance and workplace data. This is not a traditional people-management Facilities Manager position . The role is centred around analysing Facilities performance, producing management information, reviewing operational data, improving systems and helping senior management understand how workplace services are performing. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, reporting systems and operational information, while also having a good understanding of corporate Facilities and Workplace services. Duties will include: Producing regular Facilities performance reports and management information. Analysing operational data to identify trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement.
