My client is an established organisation within the financial services sector seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Exec to fill an initial 12 month contract. This role will play a key part in improving customer experience, driving insight through feedback, and supporting wider marketing initiatives.
The Role
You will be responsible for reviewing digital CRM activity, working cross-functionally to plan, execute and review campaigns while ensuring communications are optimised across the full customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the CRM sprint process, including planning, delivery and post-campaign review
- Reviewing and optimising customer communications to ensure a seamless experience at every interaction
- Supporting the delivery of strategic projects that impact CRM activity
- Managing a customer feedback and reviews programme, using survey tools to capture and analyse sentiment
- Designing and implementing ongoing CRM testing programmes using Marketing Cloud
- Working closely with content and marketing colleagues to identify testing and optimisation opportunities
- Acting as the CRM subject-matter expert within the marketing function
- Supporting CRM and platform queries in collaboration with technical and systems teams
- Researching and implementing new lead generation opportunities
- Conducting market and competitor research to inform campaign development
About You
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:
- At least three yearsβ experience in a CRM, marketing or communications role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email service providers (e.g. Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Experience using customer survey and feedback platforms (e.g. SurveyMonkey or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other marketing insight tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong copywriting, editing and presentation skills
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exposure to WordPress or CMS platforms (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
