My client is an established organization in the financial services sector seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive for an initial 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, driving insights through feedback, and supporting broader marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for reviewing digital CRM activities and working cross-functionally to plan, execute, and review campaigns, ensuring communications are optimised throughout the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM sprint process, including planning, delivery, and post-campaign review.
- Review and optimize customer communications to ensure a seamless experience at every interaction.
- Support the delivery of strategic projects that impact CRM activity.
- Manage a customer feedback and reviews program, utilizing survey tools to capture and analyze sentiment.
- Design and implement ongoing CRM testing programs using Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with content and marketing colleagues to identify testing and optimization opportunities.
- Act as the CRM subject-matter expert within the marketing function.
- Support CRM and platform queries in collaboration with technical and systems teams.
- Research and implement new lead generation opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least three years’ experience in a CRM, marketing, or communications role.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email service providers (e.g., Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Experience using customer survey and feedback platforms (e.g., Survey Monkey or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other marketing insight tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exposure to WordPress or CMS platforms (beneficial but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
