SIPP / SSAS Development Manager (South East)

My client is an award winning and highly regarded occupational pensions consultancy with a successful SIPP / SSAS division. Due to growth they currently seek an experienced Relationship / Development manager to develop and generate their market leading SIPP / SSAS solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, investment partners and key intermediaries. Manage and develop key accounts, maximising commercial opportunities. Educate clients regarding SIPP and SSAS products and how they may suit clients. Identify and convert new business opportunities across the pensions and wealth sectors. Analyse market and adviser data to identify business development prospects. Create engaging marketing and communications content. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. Collaborate with technical, administration and operational teams to deliver excellent client outcomes. What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of the UK financial adviser market. Proven business development, and relationship management experience. Experience within pensions, SIPP, SSAS or wider financial services is highly desirable. Excellent networking, presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach. Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. Why Apply?
