Due to growth my client, a leading occupational pensions consultancy, are currently seeking an experienced pensions professional (defined benefit) to join their national projects team in a Team Leading capacity. Duties will include: * Leading a team to ensure that pensions projects (data prep, GMP etc) are delivered on time and in budget * Liaising with a range of stakeholders both internal and external, to ensure delivery of projects * Identifying areas for process improvement * Support your team and identify any areas for learning and development * Conduct regular reviews in order to manage team performance and any potential shortfalls * Identify opportunities for revenue growth whilst ensuring team time is used wisely * Support Relationship Managers and GMP teams regarding project queries Applicants must possess pensions projects or GMP experience and ideally have managed / supervised a team in the past. Strong knowledge of \”defined benefit\” is a must and exposure to projects work in a pensions environment is extremely desirable.
