Due to growth and an internal move my client, a well respected product provider, currently seek an experienced Pension Transitions Manager to join their successful team.
Duties will include:
- Support the Head of BPA Transition with the successful execution and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business.
- Develop project plans for buy-in and buy-out business.
- Manage relationships with EBCs/Trustees/ceding administrators throughout the transition processes.
- Represent the company in EBC and Trustee meetings.
- Work collaboratively and manage relationships with Trustees and ceding administrators during the post-buy-in period.
- Ensure operational readiness for each new transition and support the preparation of contractual documents.
- Keep abreast of industry issues and developments and identify and escalate any emerging issues.
Applicants must possess significant defined benefit knowledge and experience of the Bulk Purchase Annuity market place including deal execution and buy out. Excellent communication / presentation skills are a pre-requisite with the ability to manage relationships with Trustees, EBC's etc and ensure projects are effectively managed. This is a great opportunity to join an established and respected provider in an influential role offering a generous remuneration package including a significant annual bonus based on performance.
