Due to an internal promotion my client, a leading consultancy in the Occupational Pensions sector, currently seek an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve managing relationships with a portfolio of blue-chip clients and ensuring that service levels and administration standards meet agreed expectations.

Duties will include:

  • Responsibility for servicing a portfolio of key clients
  • Managing key client relationships and identifying areas where revenue could be increased through additional services
  • Driving client retention through satisfaction and service delivery
  • Acting as a main point of contact for client issues and identifying areas for process and administrative improvement
  • Managing costs whilst ensuring client fees remain competitive against competing consultancies
  • Profit and loss recording for each scheme in your portfolio

Applicants must possess a proven background in the Pensions industry with particular focus on 'Defined Benefit' and relationship management. You will possess outstanding communication skills with an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing pensions schemes and trustees. You will possess a positive, solution focussed approach with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
