Due to an internal promotion, my client, a leading consultancy in the Occupational Pensions sector, currently seeks an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve managing relationships with a portfolio of blue-chip clients and ensuring that service levels and administration standards meet agreed expectations.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for servicing a portfolio of key clients
- Managing key client relationships and identifying areas where revenue could be increased through additional services
- Driving client retention through satisfaction and service delivery
- Acting as a main point of contact for client issues and identifying areas for process and administrative improvement
- Managing costs whilst ensuring client fees remain competitive against competing consultancies
- Profit and loss recording for each scheme in your portfolio
Applicants must possess a proven background in the Pensions industry with particular focus on Defined Benefit and relationship management.
