An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Actuarial Analyst to join a growing and innovative pensions consulting team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of actuarial, investment and pension scheme advisory work, supporting trustees, sponsoring employers, pension protection organisations and not-for-profit clients.

You'll work in a collaborative environment where professional development is actively supported through structured training, mentoring and broad exposure across the business.   • Supporting the delivery of proactive, high-quality actuarial services across a portfolio of pension scheme clients.
  • Preparing actuarial calculations, member benefit calculations and actuarial models.
  • Assessing the impact of demographic changes, legislation and financial market developments on pension schemes.
  • Using innovative actuarial technology and analytical tools to assess risks and develop tailored solutions.
  • Supporting projects focused on process improvement and service innovation.

Understanding of UK Defined Benefit pension schemes and the regulatory environment is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
