I’m currently working with a fast-growing, award-winning digital loyalty business looking to hire an experienced New Business Manager to join their UK team. This is a new business development, office-based role focused on driving new revenue growth within the Customer Engagement & Loyalty space. You’ll be selling data-driven SaaS solutions into enterprise-level clients and working closely with the leadership team to help shape the UK growth strategy.

The Role

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Sell SaaS solutions to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
  • Deliver demos (primarily via video) and present tailored proposals
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Manage CRM data and report on KPIs (demos, quotes, revenue closed)
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to convert and onboard new clients

About You

  • Proven experience introducing SaaS into enterprise/strategic accounts
  • Strong new business focus with a proven revenue track record
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand complex, data-led solutions
  • Confident presenting at senior level
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, curious, and action-oriented
  • A full UK driving licence is required, with flexibility to travel nationally when needed.
