What You’ll Do:
* Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally, following set procedures to meet customer needs.
* Handle written communications (letters, emails, phone follow-ups) clearly and accurately, aligned with our brand style.
* Meet productivity and quality targets on a consistent basis.
* Support ongoing improvements in service and internal processes.
* Take on additional tasks as required to support team operations.
