I’m currently working with a well-established investment management firm who are looking to add an Investment Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to a well established firm supporting a mix of discretionary and advisory clients. The role is primarily administrative, but you’ll play a key part in helping the team deliver a high-quality, responsive service to their clients. The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Investment Managers.
- Your work will help maintain strong relationships between the managers and their clients by ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
- This is a non-regulated role, but accuracy, attention to detail and compliance awareness are still very important.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing full administrative support to the Investment Management team.
- Managing client records and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and recording notes on client files.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings and potential new clients.
- Producing and issuing client valuations within required timescales.
- Liaising with Operations and Accounts regarding cash movements and payments (including currency payments).
- Monitoring new investments coming in and resolving any issues that arise.
- Supporting KYC collection and maintaining compliance logs.
- Assisting with client suitability processing and reporting.
- Managing client files (opening, closing, maintaining).
- Overseeing general office administration including post, stationery, logs, scanning and documentation.
- Supporting occasional special projects.
