My client is a leading Occupational Pensions Consultancy who, due to growth and promotion, are looking for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to lead a Defined Contribution (DC) administration function. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior pensions professional to take ownership of service delivery, lead and develop high-performing teams, drive operational improvements, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing pensions administration business. As Pensions Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a DC administration team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, compliant and efficient service to members and clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement, develop people and processes, and help deliver operational and commercial objectives.
