Job Description My client is a highly respected wealth manager and due to growth they are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a well-established wealth management office in Southampton. As Office Manager, you will act as the operational hub of the branch, supporting advisers and investment professionals while ensuring excellent client service, regulatory compliance, and efficient office operations. Office Operations & Governance Manage the smooth and efficient running of the office. Oversee facilities, suppliers, office equipment, stationery, and marketing materials. Coordinate health & safety requirements, business continuity planning, fire drills, and risk assessments. Promote best practice, consistency, and strong operational controls across the office. Client Administration & Operational Support Provide high-quality support to advisers and investment professionals. Assist with client onboarding, account opening, and account maintenance processes. Ensure AML/KYC documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Support regulatory reviews and key client servicing activities. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development. Deliver coaching and training on systems, processes, and client service. Monitor adherence to compliance and regulatory procedures. Reporting & Performance Management Produce monthly operational and performance reports. Coordinate and manage office projects and regulatory review programmes. Previous experience within an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Administration role. Experience within wealth management, investment management, financial planning, banking, or the wider financial services sector. Understanding of client onboarding, investment operations, and regulatory processes would be advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
