Due to continued growth my client, one of the UK's leading Independent Investment Managers, currently seek a customer service specialist to join their client service team in Edinburgh. This role involves handling enquiries from Direct clients regarding their investment portfolios and duties will include:
- Responding to incoming client emails, secure messages, webchat and telephone calls, ensuring timely follow-up as required.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Liaising with the back office, Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and the Digital Operations team to ensure client/account issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting and providing feedback for the development of the website and service.
- Escalation of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction to the Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and Compliance Department as required.
- Other Client Service functions as they arise.
Applicants are likely to be higher / degree educated (or equivalent) with a year's customer service experience with an interest in the Wealth Management sector. You will possess strong communication, administration and numeracy skills along with a keen eye for detail. Some exposure to the financial service sector is preferred with exposure to ISA's, pensions or other investment products but this is not a pre-requisite if other transferable skills can be demonstrated.
