My client is an award winning and highly regarded occupational pensions consultancy with a successful SIPP / SSAS division. Due to growth they currently seek an experienced Relationship / Development manager to develop and generate their market leading SIPP / SSAS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, investment partners and key intermediaries.
- Manage and develop key accounts, maximising commercial opportunities.
- Educate clients regarding SIPP and SSAS products and how they may suit clients.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the pensions and wealth sectors.
- Analyse market and adviser data to identify business development prospects.
- Create engaging marketing and communications content.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with technical, administration and operational teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the UK financial adviser market.
- Proven business development, and relationship management experience.
- Experience within pensions, SIPP, SSAS or wider financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent networking, presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
