  • Understanding of health and safety compliance systems

Facilities Management Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide informed commentary on facilities matters
  • Ensure reactive and routine repairs are logged and managed effectively in the CAFM system (e.g., Elogbooks), assigning approved contractors as required
  • Monitor and track works, ensuring tenants and residents are kept informed of progress
  • Oversee contractor administration, including contracts, purchase orders, and health & safety documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Ensure occupiers are updated regarding planned and reactive maintenance
  • Prepare and review service charge budgets, ensuring all necessary works are considered for the upcoming year
  • End-of-year service charge reporting
  • Perform routine property inspections and complete detailed reports
  • Monitor and resolve risk assessments within designated timeframes
