Role
As Night Manager, you will be the most senior representative on duty overnight, responsible for managing the hotel’s operations, supporting the night team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience at all times. You will combine operational oversight with hands‑on guest service, ensuring every aspect of the hotel continues to run efficiently and professionally throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations during night shifts, ensuring service standards are consistently maintained.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling queries, requests, and any issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property through regular checks and adherence to procedures.
- Supervise and support the night team, including reception and night porters.
- Complete night audit procedures, reporting, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to any incidents or emergencies, following appropriate protocols.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of public areas.
- Liaise with department heads regarding any operational matters arising overnight.
