A bit about what you will do... The Guest Relations Ambassador will directly report to the Guest Relations Manager and is responsible for ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations.

  • Greets and maintains an excellent working relationship with guests/clients and colleagues.
  • Attends to any guest comments/queries brought to their attention and deals with these efficiently and courteously.
  • Works together with the Head Porter to ensure the management of guest luggage (arrival/departure and storage) is recorded with the appropriate labelling.
  • Demonstrates a high level of local knowledge with regards to nearby streets, attractions, shops, events etc.
  • Ensures that daily operation checklists are completed and assists the Guest Relations team.

More about you... Previous customer service/guest relations experience is essential. A smart and professional appearance. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of working as part of a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Comprehensive knowledge of local restaurants and attractions.
