A bit about what you will do...

The Guest Relations Ambassador will directly report to the Guest Relations Manager and is responsible for ensuring that on all occasions guests are completely satisfied with their stay and that the service they receive meets or exceeds their expectations.

  • Greets and maintains an excellent working relationship with guests/clients and colleagues.
  • Attend to any guest comments/queries brought to their attention and deal with these efficiently and courteously.
  • Work together with the Head Porter to ensure the management of guest luggage

(arrival/departure and storage) is recorded with the appropriate labelling.

  • Demonstrate a high level of local knowledge with regard to nearby streets, attractions, shops, events etc.
  • Ensure that daily operation checklists are completed and assist the Guest

Relations team.
