We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated individual to join our team here at Bvlgari Hotel London. As a Front Office Manager, you will be providing operational management support throughout the hotel whilst ensuring the highest standards of authentic and impeccable levels of service are delivered. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest relations and ensuring the team delivers experiences beyond our guests' expectations.

You will manage the day to day aspects of Front Office including monitoring the efficiency levels in the Front Desk, overseeing the operation of all Front Of House departments, maximising every opportunity to increase revenue and interacting with our guests at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the Front Office team, including Reception, Concierge, Butler, and Night Management.
  • Deliver seamless, personalized guest journeys from pre-arrival through departure.
  • Drive service excellence in line with LQA standards and brand expectations.
  • Manage daily operations, staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental budgets.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, turning challenges into memorable recoveries.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Spa to ensure flawless interdepartmental coordination.
  • Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction scores, upselling performance, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • A passion for exceptional guest service and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with an international clientele.
  • Calm, confident decision-making under pressure.
  • Ambitious and tenacious, the successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
