The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Manager to lead our front office team. As the face of the hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and welcoming guest journey, ensuring every arrival and departure reflects our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and handle VIP arrivals
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of front office staff

About You

  • Proven experience in a front office or reception management role within hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
