Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your main responsibility is to maintain and control the hotel's guest rooms and ensure an exceptional overall experience, including cleanliness, service delivery, arrival, check‑in, stay, and check‑out processes. A good command of both written and spoken English is essential, and fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
