DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT (FOOD & BEVERAGE) AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
• Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making their first impression unforgettable.
• Preparing simple meals and drinks ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene are maintained at all times
• Identifying potential sales leads
• Manage daily tasks like cleaning, food preparation and compliance checks with efficiency, staying cool under pressure.
• Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.
