A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST CHEF AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing...
- Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making their first impression unforgettable.
- Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to menu specification.
- Prepare the breakfast buffet and replenish as required throughout breakfast service.
- Prepare for any conferences and events taking place within the hotel.
- Assist with preparing the kitchen for lunch and dinner service.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Help with washing dishes.
- Checking off deliveries and ensuring items are put away in the correct order.
- Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.
