A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST CHEF AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing...

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making their first impression unforgettable.
  • Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to menu specification.
  • Prepare the breakfast buffet and replenish as required throughout breakfast service.
  • Prepare for any conferences and events taking place within the hotel.
  • Assist with preparing the kitchen for lunch and dinner service.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Help with washing dishes.
  • Checking off deliveries and ensuring items are put away in the correct order.
  • Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
