Working as a member of the team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome and fond farewell to all of our hotel guests, you will also assist with any needs of our guests during their stay. Whilst not essential, previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. You will be a natural problem solver and can face problems head on. You must have strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and immaculate personal presentation, as well as a professional and warm personality to aid in providing our guests with exceptional service.
