Responsibilities

  • To be familiar with the department’s Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the LQA and AA Standards.
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
  • To be fully conversant with all activities in Front Office related to the handling of cash and money transactions.
  • To always put guests ‘first’, trying to meet and exceed their expectations and needs.
  • To pre-register guests when applicable, following established procedures.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than hours.
