We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our Night Team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience during their stay. As a part of our Night Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the smooth operation of our establishment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance, and other public areas.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience
