Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a full time Guest Service Manager. We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.
The perfect candidate will have supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant.
Hours: 40 hours per week (working a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts)
Shifts: 4 or 5 shifts per week (including mornings, evenings and weekends)
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
- Working across all departments including reception, bar & kitchen
- Helping guests & creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out
- Managing bills & payments
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries.
- Running the bar
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely

- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Supervisor or management experience in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
