Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a part‑time Hotel Reception / Guest Service Assistant.

Hours: 24 hours per week (mix of 8‑hr and 12‑hr shifts). Shifts: 2 or 3 shifts per week (plus overtime opportunities). Salary: £13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
  • Checking guests in/out.
  • Managing bills & payments.
  • Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
  • Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu.
  • Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks & snacks.
  • Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
