Here at The MoleResort, formerly the Highbullen Hotel, we have launched a brand new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities. As a Resort Receptionist you will be responsible for assisting in providing a fantastic customer journey from check in to check out, making sure our guests have a friendly, professional port of call for all their requirements.

What will I be doing?

As a Receptionist at The Mole, you are responsible for greeting guests and providing information on all aspects of their stay, communicating with all departments to ensure the highest level of customer care. Receptionists will also be required to answer internal and external phone calls in a professional and friendly manner as well as dealing with our guests on a day-to-day basis. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greeting our guests in a professional manner, providing up to date information on resort facilities.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, recording and passing on messages as well as answering all emails.
  • Processing booking details and communicating with other departments.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service when dealing with guests.
  • Ensuring Hub area is clean and tidy and equipment is in good working order.
  • Understanding and complying with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, legal requirements, and performing any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
  • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships.
