The Store Hotel is a lifestyle luxury and boutique hotel set in the heart of Oxford. We sit in the building of the historic department store and Oxford institution, Boswells. Our 101‑bedroom hotel will delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder, reflecting the rich heritage of the building’s former life.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Hotel Porter to join our team on a fixed term contract for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a guest‑focused environment where exceptional service and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Hotel Porter, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, ensuring our visitors receive a warm welcome, anticipate guests' needs and provide outstanding support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guests on arrival and assisting with luggage
  • Supporting guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across public areas
  • Assisting departments across the hotel as required
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Supporting room moves and deliveries throughout the property
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
  • Helping create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and colleagues
