Previous experience within a high volume premium restaurant is essential. Lilibet's opened in September 2025. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104 cover restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a 22 cover private dining room on the lower level.
The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink. You will assist the Assistant General Manager & the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, guest service and inventory control. You will help develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance, whilst ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times. You will also train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant and/or private members club.
- Experience in new openings is a distinct advantage.
- Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food and drink.
- Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business.
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people.
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.
