A Night in Your Neighbourhood

  • Lead the night: Oversee the safe and efficient overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring smooth transitions between day and night shifts and maintaining standards across all areas.
  • Support the guests: Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, VIP arrivals, luggage support, special requests, and any unexpected issues, always with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage the audit: Oversee the night audit process and daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Be the overnight anchor: Act as the senior contact for any emergencies, team needs, or guest escalations, coordinating with security and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure standards: Perform room checks, public area inspections, and health and safety walk rounds to maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Handle feedback: Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews, turning overnight impressions into lasting loyalty.
  • Own the details: Maintain accurate guest profiles, logbooks, handovers, and internal reports to support a seamless guest journey across all shifts.

You will be required to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on 12 hour shifts.
