A Night in Your Neighbourhood:
- Handle late arrivals & early departures: Be the welcoming face and efficient support for guests arriving or leaving during off-hours.
- Complete the night audit: Assist the Night Manager with financial reporting, daily reconciliations, and ensure all systems are updated and ready for the day team.
- Prioritise safety: Monitor guest activity, follow emergency procedures, and ensure the building is secure and calm throughout the night.
- Be the go-to overnight: Help with guest queries, in-room requests, luggage support and occasional room moves or emergencies, with professionalism and care.
- Own the desk: Manage phones, emails, and internal handovers, ensuring the next day’s team is fully up to speed.
- Keep things running: Collaborate with night housekeeping or security as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
