As a Food & Beverage Attendant at COMO Metropolitan London, you will assist supervisors by performing tasks such as taking, preparing and delivering orders, along with maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggested selling. You will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of service that COMO Metropolitan London is known for.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient, polite and courteous service to guests over breakfast service, room service, or events
- Ensure that all areas are kept correctly with regards to storage and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order, and liaise with other departments for maintenance and repair if necessary
- Handle deliveries, inspect items, and report any discrepancies
- Handle guest requests, allergies, and dietary needs with professionalism and care
- Maintain professional body language and grooming standards at all times, adhering to the hotel's policies and guidelines
