Lilibet’s is a seafood‑led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse, once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story‑rich dining spaces. With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year‑round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home.

We are looking for a professional, high‑energy head waiter or head waitress with excellent communication skills to give exceptional service to our guests. To succeed, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Full time applicants required only and eligible to work in the UK.

- Experience in a busy high‑end dining establishment in Central London
- An aptitude to learn new dishes and ingredients to be able to make menu recommendations
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance
- Ability to demonstrate organisation skills with speed and efficiency
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
- Able to meet physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays
