The Position
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink. You will support management by supervising, delegating and managing the floor team to ensure correct procedures and standards are always upheld, and that guests receive the highest levels of service throughout their visit. If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food and drink
- Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas
