Receptionist Vacancy in London Law Firm – Afternoon/Evening shift. This is a very rare and incredible opportunity. Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. Main Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting: Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

  • Switchboard duties: Handle occasional call transfers (most calls are direct).
  • Client liaison: Communicate effectively with PAs, directors, and other teams to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Event support: Assist in organising client events and meetings.
  • Administrative tasks: Arrange couriers, manage catering requests, and perform ad hoc office support duties.
  • Attention to detail: Conduct floor walks to ensure front-of-house areas maintain high standards.
