Personal Assistant - Team Assistant Executive Support in a TOP London Financial Services Firm. Fantastic Team, wonderful reputation with their staff. Immediate Start. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, presentations, travel arrangements, administration, expense processing, and meeting coordination at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage multiple team members’ calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising key meetings.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external engagements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in line with policy, ensuring necessary approvals are secured.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence on behalf of the team as required.
- Process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner, resolving any discrepancies.
- Input and maintain CRM and business card data for seamless contact management.
- Arrange and manage meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
