Personal Assistant London
Hybrid – 4 days in office Hours: 9:30am–5:30pm (flexibility required)
Personal Assistant & Coordinator in London top law firm – We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders at a prestigious international law firm. This is a busy and varied role combining classic PA duties with wider departmental and project coordination, offering plenty of variety beyond diary management.
What you’ll do:
Provide full PA support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
Organise complex travel itineraries for senior leaders and help plan logistics for major firm events, including partnership conferences.
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.
Process invoices, track project budgets, and handle expenses.
Maintain departmental records, update intranet pages, and ensure e-filing is up to date.
Coordinate internal processes such as insurance renewals, company car admin, and safety training schedules.
Act as a point of contact for colleagues across global offices, building strong working relationships.
What we’re looking for:
Solid PA experience supporting senior management, ideally within legal or professional services.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a calm, client-focused approach.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A self-starter who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can use initiative to solve problems.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
