Office Manager or Team Assistant needed for a well-established Marketing Firm, who are seeking a proactive and organised candidate to oversee the smooth running of daily operations. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all operations flow efficiently
- Manage travel arrangements, courier bookings, and outgoing mail
- Keep accurate records of staff absences, holidays, sick leave, and annual leave
- Track and process expense claims, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to manage office maintenance and facility needs
- Assist in planning internal events, team socials, and company functions
- Provide general administrative support as needed across the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or office management role
