Office Manager or Team Assistant needed for a well-established Marketing Firm, who are seeking a proactive and organised candidate to oversee the smooth running of daily operations. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all operations flow efficiently
  • Manage travel arrangements, courier bookings, and outgoing mail
  • Keep accurate records of staff absences, holidays, sick leave, and annual leave
  • Track and process expense claims, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to manage office maintenance and facility needs
  • Assist in planning internal events, team socials, and company functions
  • Provide general administrative support as needed across the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or office management role
